Instead of a fixed cable from one box to one TV, we run AV-over-IP so any source (cable box, streaming app, satellite, a laptop) can go to any screen or every screen at once, and your staff re-route it from a phone or tablet in seconds. On a packed game day that means the corner TV shows the same game as the main wall, or a different one, without anyone climbing behind the bar. Zoned sound gives each area of your venue its own audio: its own volume, its own source, its own schedule, instead of one level for the whole room. The bar can run the game while the dining room runs a curated playlist and the rooftop runs something else entirely, all from one controller. It is the difference between a room that feels intentional and one where the dining room is shouting over a TV nobody is watching. We build the infrastructure a DJ booth and a dancefloor need (the power, network, patch points and the tie-in to the house audio), and we integrate professional loudspeaker, amplification and DSP platforms voiced for the room. Every modern amp, screen and controller is a computer on your network, and left on a flat network with the point of sale it is a real risk. We put AV on its own separate, monitored network, harden the devices, keep firmware current and monitor the whole thing, so a compromised display or a streaming app can never reach payment or guest data, and a stuck AV device can never take down the POS. Yes, outdoor spaces are one of the most common reasons venues call us. We use weather-rated speakers and displays built for sun, rain and temperature swings, and we design the wireless and network coverage to reach them reliably, so the rooftop is its own proper sound-and-screen zone rather than a Bluetooth speaker someone carries up. It runs on the same managed system as the rest of the venue, so the rooftop looks and sounds as intentional as the room downstairs and is controlled from the same place.

In a hotel, the F&B AV is part of the whole property, so we design it that way. Each area (lobby, bar, restaurant, spa, pool) gets its own sound zone and mood, built to one documented standard across the property, and the displays and menu screens are managed centrally. Because we also run the hotel’s PMS infrastructure, the bar and restaurant point of sale can post a guest’s drinks and meals to their room folio through the PMS, so a poolside round lands on the room bill instead of a separate tab. It is the same AV discipline as a standalone venue, tied into how a hotel actually operates.
